Adding to a pair of office projects recently proposed in the neighborhood from Chicago-based North Wells Capital, the firm’s CEO said it is planning another one on a neighboring block that will be at least 260,000 square feet.
The building combines with two others the developer has proposed across the street at 301 W. Huron St. and 306 W. Erie St. to total nearly 500,000 square feet of new offices in the works just south of the CTA’s Chicago Avenue Brown Line station.
